Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak seasons, national holidays, or when items are temporarily out of stock (1–3 business days).
  • Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage®
    • In-stock items: Delivered within 3–5 business days.
    • Backordered items: Fulfillment may take 9–15 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We support a 14‑day return and exchange policy, but we do not accept unconditional returns or exchanges for non‑quality reasons.

We are committed to protecting our customers and ensuring product integrity. Due to past incidents of fraudulent returns and exchanges, we do not provide unconditional returns or exchanges for non‑quality reasons.

  • Returns are accepted only if the issue is our responsibility — such as incorrect items shipped, defective quality, unusable stamps, or items verified and rejected by USPS.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if we shipped the wrong design or if the product delivered has a quality defect.

1. Returns Due to Our Error

If your return is the result of our mistake, such as:

  • Stamps not recognized as valid by USPS
  • Physical damage (tears, creases, water damage) prior to delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped

We will:

  • Provide a full refund (including shipping), or send replacement stamps at no charge
  • Cover all associated costs, including return shipping and inspection fees

Procedure:

  1. Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and USPS verification report (if applicable)
  3. Return the defective items using our prepaid label or your preferred carrier (we will reimburse postage)

2. Returns for Personal Reasons

Returns requested for reasons other than our error (e.g., wrong design ordered, excess quantity purchased) are generally not accepted. If approved under special circumstances, the following terms apply:

  • Condition Requirement: Stamps must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Fee Responsibility: You may be responsible for:
    • Actual return shipping costs
    • Warehouse handling and restocking fees (charged at prevailing rates)
    • Credit card processing fees (3%–5% of the original transaction, non-refundable)

All personal reason returns are subject to review and approval by our Returns Specialist.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after receipt and inspection of returned items
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or incur additional fees

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are only permitted if:

  • We shipped the wrong design
  • The product delivered has a quality defect

We do not accept exchanges for non‑quality reasons. This policy was adopted after repeated incidents of malicious buyers attempting to return counterfeit stamps in place of genuine USPS Forever Stamps, which placed excessive strain on our inspection process and compromised fairness for honest customers.

Important Notes

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after receiving the returned item.
