Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours. However, processing times may vary due to stock availability, peak seasons, or national holidays. If an item is in high demand and temporarily out of stock, processing may take 1-3 business days.
We use USPS Ground Advantage® service for shipping:
•In-stock items: Delivered within 3-5 days.
•On Backorders items: May require 9-15 days for fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or are unsatisfied, we offer the following options:
•Returns: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
•Exchanges: We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us. We will provide detailed return instructions.
Important Notes:
•Items must be in original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
•We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
•Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving the returned item.
